About Arca
Planning a holiday with other people usually means a group chat full of links, nobody remembering who needs what, and someone doing all the spreadsheets. Arca is built to fix that.
How it works
- Say what everyone needs, in plain words: “step-free for Nana”, “under £450 each”, “no flights before 8am”. Arca turns each one into a rule.
- Browse destinations, hotels, flights and activities, each checked against those needs, with honest labels: fits, partly fits, doesn’t fit, or not confirmed.
- Save ideas to a shared board, talk them through in the trip chat, and decide together. Everyone agrees before anything is chosen.
- Get an itinerary when you want one, built from your board and the group’s needs.
- Book where you like: Arca links you to the hotel, airline or booking site. We never take payment.
Where our information comes from
Places, photos, ratings and accessibility details come from Google; live hotel prices and flights come from Google Hotels and Google Flights (via SerpApi). Where we don’t have the facts, we say “not confirmed” rather than guess. Some labels and answers are written by AI (Google Gemini) from that information, and can be wrong, so always check the details that matter before you book.
How we make money
Arca is free to use. Some booking links may be affiliate links, which means the booking site may pay us a small commission if you book, at no extra cost to you. It never changes what we show or how we rank it.
