Terms of use
Last updated 19 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Arca, which is provided by the operator of Arca. By using Arca you agree to them.
What Arca is
Arca helps you plan trips: browse places, save them to a board, decide with others, and make an itinerary. It isn’t a travel agent. We don’t sell travel, take payments or make bookings for you.
Bookings
Booking links take you to third-party sites (hotels, airlines and booking sites). Any booking is a contract between you and that provider, under their terms, prices and cancellation rules. We aren’t responsible for their services. Some links may be affiliate links; see About.
Information on Arca
Prices, availability, opening hours, accessibility details and other information come from third parties and can change or be wrong. Fit labels, answers and itineraries are partly written by AI and may contain mistakes. Always check anything important, especially accessibility, with the provider before you book or travel.
Your account and trips
- Keep your sign-in details safe; you’re responsible for activity on your account.
- Anyone with a trip’s invite link can join that trip. Share it only with people you want on it.
- Don’t post anything unlawful, abusive or that you don’t have the right to share, and don’t misuse the service (for example scraping it or trying to break it).
We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using Arca at any time and ask us to delete your account.
Our liability
Arca is provided free and “as is”. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Otherwise, we aren’t liable for losses arising from bookings with third parties or from relying on information shown on Arca.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions: hello@heyarca.com.
